Opportunity scoring

A score you can interrogate.

Six evidence-led factors. One transparent 0–100 base score. Use it to compare opportunities—not to replace judgement or predict guaranteed revenue.

18 / 25

The estimated commercial significance of the opportunity, supported by business and project context.

14 / 20

Evidence of a relevant requirement: a tender, expansion, renewal or other verifiable trigger.

16 / 20

How closely the business matches your target profile and acceptance criteria.

10 / 15

The strength of the opportunity context and the evidence supporting a potential next step; not a predicted probability.

6 / 10

Verified timing, deadlines or a near-term reason to act.

8 / 10

The quality, completeness and reliability of the research and contact evidence.

Niche weights

The default weights total 100 points. Workspaces can configure niche-specific weights; each factor is capped at its saved weight and the overall score remains capped at 100.

Freshness signals

Where adjusted scoring is used, records under 7 days old receive 5 additional points; under 30 days, 3; under 90 days, 1. Older records receive no freshness boost.

Recorded outcomes

Adjusted scoring can add up to 5 points from comparable closed-lead outcomes, with at least three closed records required. This is a historical signal, not a forecast; the final score stays within 100.

No score overrides permission.

A compliance hold forces both base and adjusted scores to zero. A score is not authorisation to contact, disclose or deliver a lead. Review the source evidence, recipient permissions and applicable UK GDPR and PECR obligations before acting.
